We bought a 2021 Atlas brand new from sheppard and just walked away tonight with a brand new 2025 Atlas. Being a returning customer we have felt welcome, important and heard every time we go. Every need, want and wish is met. Josiah helped us today with Joel as his shadow and both men made the process seem less and so easy. They made the process very personable. Charlie in finance was amazing. He listened to what we wanted to pay and really helped us in every possible way to get exactly that! They washed my car, filled it up and put a big red bow on her at the end. As well as helped us hook my phone up and showed me what every new button does! I can’t reccomend VW Eugene enough!!!
