The team showed up on time, worked efficiently, and handled every item with great care. They were polite, considerate, and clearly experienced—nothing was too much trouble, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was exactly where I wanted it. Their communication throughout the move was excellent, and their pricing was fair and transparent with no surprises. We called Waco moving company at the recommendation of a friend. Our crew was great. They took great care not to damage any of our antique furniture, and they packed the truck so tightly and everything fit just right. It took longer than expected but I think that’s just the nature of moving. We did appreciate their patience and communication throughout the day. Thank goodness it’s done!

The pricing was quite fair. I was given a higher quote but was promised a refund if the allotted time wasn't used—and they kept that promise. The movers were friendly, efficient, and careful. They handled my belongings with care and consideration, and nothing was dropped or broken. They were also very helpful with reassembling my furniture and placing everything where I wanted it.
