This taxi service promised to pick up my girlfriend at 7am, the next morning he called me & said that I need to pay in advance. He never asked for advance payment the previous night. This guy is trying to scam you, & cheat you. NEVER use this service.

One of there cabs rear ended me and did not have his license nor insurance info.I contacted the owner and it is going on two days and he still hasn't presented the insurance info.

Office staff and driver were both unprofessional. A patron used our business phone to order a cab but then ended up leaving so I tried to be nice and cancel cab before the driver arrived. When I called the office staff yelled & cursed at me then as soon I hung up the phone with him, the driver called yelling and cursing at me. I told them both I had nothing to do with ordering cab but they still continued to curse at me. I couldn't believe that's how they speak to potential consumers or just people in general.

I wish I had of looked at these reviews before booking this company to take my 6 family members to the airport. He was over 1/2 hr late, was lost and kept calling me for directions. Then he drove like a crazy person weaving in and out of traffic and making wrong turns. He also blatantly lied to people on the phone while we were in the van and told them he would pick them up in 10 minutes when we weren't even close to the airport yet and the passenger was in Annapolis! I was shocked to learn that this man -- ANDY is actually the OWNER of the company! No one to report this to
