5/5 on this gem! Warrior 1 was recommended to me by a friend who is a member. I was able to join her in a class, and as a beginner (who’s never done yoga a day in my life, not to mention; HOT yoga!!) I found it incredibly easy to follow along and modify as needed and made it through the entire class! The cold towel and cool down at the end was the perfect way to end it for me and a really nice touch. The cherry on top though has to be their pricing! Can’t beat it!!

I love Shanna's Buti class at Warrior 1 Yoga. It really gets me out of my own head, away from my daily worries. It's great cardio, stretching, balance, core and strength all in one! Adding in the heat and humidity, it really doesn't matter how I feel going in to class, I always feel great leaving.

I never thought I’d love this as much as I have! As someone born and raised in Bakersfield I HATE THE HEAT! But TRUST ME!! TRY THIS! I get such a good sweat and I feel so cleansed and refreshed after! I have truly felt like a new person after my experiences with this studio! Everyone is incredibly inviting, friendly, and energetic. All classes are GREAT, but the one I love the most is the Hot Butt Lift class. I have fun and get such a good workout and they have so many classes to fit my schedule! 10/10 recommend!

I’ve taken a few classes here and have absolutely loved them. Such sweet instructors that make you feel so welcomed, even the new YOGIs! Looking forward to my next class.
