Last Friday I called in to get COVID shot, the front desk said they had shots available to give if I could hurry in that day. After calling out of work to receive the shot, the Nurse attendent was strongly irritated at the request, couldn't explain the gap in information and refused to serve me stating clinic policy which was the opposite knowledge provided by the front desk. Not the first time I've seen lack of communication across teams here. Great Doctors but consistently lacking helpful client service. Hopefully they can fix this in the future.

Dr. Romo is the best. She has been my daughter’s and my doctor for years. She is smart, attentive and good at communicating. I book my appointments through the patient portal and always get quick, professional responses. I appreciate the clinics after hours options. Everyone there from the front desk assistants to the phlebotomist have been great. I literally have years of experience and no complaints with this clinic.

Absolutely predatory billing practices. Went in for a physical and was charged several hundred dollars for 30 minutes of time. Was billed via 99204 when my practitioner definitely didn't spend 45 minutes with me. All just to renew existing prescriptions without that being disclosed to me as not covered under a preventative visit. Disgusting. Clinics like this are why our healthcare system is so irrevocably damaged.

Olympus is truly a bizarre experience. Every single invoice from this company has gone to a collections agency who will text me that I owe them money. I don't know if half of them are scams. I hate to say this, but this place should not be in business, especially with how they refuse to improve their billing services. Most companies wouldn't survive under these conditions. It's hard to imagine a clinic this bad without them actively trying to win the title as Utah's worst doctor's office.
