Ich habe eine Maniküre mit Shellac gebucht, die stolze 69€ kostet. Den Termin habe ich online abgemacht. Während die beiden Damen vor Ort sehr nett waren, das Geschäft sehr sauber wirkte und mir die Farbe der Maniküre gefällt, bin ich von der Qualität total enttäuscht. Ich habe die Maniküre für meine Hochzeit machen lassen und obwohl ich mich verhalten habe wie besprochen (nicht gefeilt, zum Haare waschen Handschuhe getragen, nicht geputzt oder andere beanspruchende Tätigkeiten) haben zwei Nägel in weniger als 24 Stunden Luft gezogen, sodass man deutliche farbliche Unterschiede erkennen konnte. Ich habe mehrere kleine Entzündungen am Nagelbett, weil die Nagelhaut sehr ruppig entfernt wurde und finde das alles für fast 70€ unmöglich. Die Zahlung ist nur bar möglich, online wird darauf nicht hingewiesen. Ich wurde also erstmal zur Bank geschickt. Wenn man als Geschäft eigentlich nur online Termine vergibt, sollte ein Hinweis für die möglichen Zahlungsarten auf der Website stehen. Ich komme bestimmt nicht wieder.
Das Studio ist sehr ordentlich und die liebe Sarah kann zaubern: schnell, sauber und praktisch schmerzfrei! Ich komme gern wieder.
Ich gehe nun schon seit vielen Jahren in dieses tolle Kosmetikstudio. Von Waxing, Lasern, Gesichtsbehandlungen oder einer klassischen Pediküre - alles ist perfekt. Die Atmosphäre ist immer angenehm und man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Für mich das beste und schönste Studio in Hannover.
