I believe Bob was the one who came out to help with my door — turns out he’s a wizard! He did everything I thought I had already tried, and somehow got it working perfectly. I haven’t had a single issue since. The turnaround time for the appointment was also great — I called early in the week and he was able to come out by Friday. For the time it took and the detail of what was done, I feel the price was high

I came home today from an appointment, pulled into the garage, shut the garage door and went in the house. I heard a loud bang. I looked in the garage and found the spring on the garage door had broken. I couldn't open the garage door and both cars were inside so I was stuck. I then called WD Door in Ankeny and told Tonya my predicament. She said that they would get some technicians out as soon as they were available. Less than two hours later, Ben and AJ arrived. Both were very knowledgeable and easy to work with. They fixed the door and I was on my way to my appointment. I was thrilled that my door was fixed and functioning! I highly recommend the team at WD Door! THANK YOU for saving my day!
