Would give 0 stars if I could. Delivery arrived I was never notified when it would be delivered. Left in my drive way accessable to the street. Huge pallet 4 heavy boxes. They did come IN MY YARD to leave the slide. Called and spoke to the director who told me they only do curbside deliveries as they aren't allowed to go "in the yard". When I asked why they came in my yard to leave the slide they had no answer. This item was way too expensive to be left in the street where someone with a truck and help could take it. Worst experience ever. In the future I'll research who is contracted to deliver these items before purchasing. They are the worst. To your response I reached out to the company I got it from who said this is the first they heard of this. If your employees are to "abide" by these rules why do I have video of them walking ON MY PROPERTY to leave PART of the order? Make it make sense. It all comes down to this company having POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Worst customer service EVER. Have been calling for past 4 days. No one answers any of the extensions and no one returns our calls inquiring about a delivery that is a week overdue and too expensive to be left "curbside". Finally reached a live person this morning who tried to transfer me to Amie. Amie is our problem so nope. I explained our situation and she assured me she would check into our order and call me back. That was 6 houts ago.

I was scheduled for delivery by individual and was told that had to be home to receive delivery. I took day off work to receive delivery but nothing delivered. I called company and had to try multiple extensions before getting someone to answer. Individual I spoke to couldn’t tell me who I spoke to that scheduled delivery or when I was actually scheduled. He said they would call the day before delivery. That doesn’t work if I have to be home. Everyone doesn’t have that kind of schedule flexibility. I would not recommend using this company.
