From start to finish, Maggie was by our side helping us shape the vision for our day and bring it to life. She kept us on track, especially when things started moving quickly, and her calm, experienced guidance made all the difference. We leaned heavily on her vendor recommendations, and every one of them exceeded our expectations. As an accountant, I especially appreciated their thorough and organized record-keeping—every invoice, contract, and detail was handled with care. If you want the best in the business, give them a call. And if not—well, success isn’t for everyone.

Maggie and her team are truly so incredible! I cannot express enough that our wedding day wouldn't have been so perfect without Maggie. We felt zero stress on our wedding day, because of how organized she is and that she goes above and beyond for you. Maggie helped us every step of the way and coordinated with all vendors from set-up to take down, made a wedding day timeline, and made everything go so smoothly on our special day. She had specialty drinks waiting for the bridal and grooms party and even made us a to go bag of snacks and drinks after the sparkler send off. She truly thought of every little detail that made the day that much more incredible for us. I didn't have to think about any details as Maggie was always ten steps ahead. She was such a calming presence on our day and it meant so much to be able to have absolutely no stress, because we knew Maggie had everything taken care of and we fully trusted her. You can tell she truly cares about you and wants you to have the dream wedding that you imagined. And she did give us that dream wedding day! Her and her team are such a joy to work with. We got SO many compliments on how well the day flowed and how amazing Maggie was. My mom said she got to enjoy every part of her daughters wedding day and be present, because Maggie had everything so well planned out. We cannot recommend Maggie and her team at Weekend Wedding Warrior enough!!!

My Wife and I are so thankful to have hired the services of Jessica Tate (Planner) and Maggie (Owner) of the Weekend Wedding Warrior team. Jessica was the absolute best planner - she really helped us to achieve our goal of an amazing wedding for not only us but our guests as well. To be honest, I was a little nervous having Jessica as our planner only because she was the newest addition to the WWW lead planner team, but she totally nailed it for us and I can't recommend her enough. She was an absolute rockstar during the day of our wedding and handled any issues that arose with ease. My wife and I are sure that we couldn't have had an awesome of a wedding day without her. She is such a pleasant person to work with and all of our guests and family thought she was so great. One really cool and special moment was that Jessica overheard my wife and I wanting to take a shot of tequila with the bridal party, and by the time we got to the bar, there were already shots poured because Jessica took care of that for us. How cool is that? This leads me to believe that anyone who is a lead planner on the WWW team is there for a reason, and you can trust that they will do an incredible job. The WWW approach to wedding planning is to give you the tools and support you need to properly plan a wedding, and then provide day-of coordination. I think this strategy works very well and strikes the best balance of support/cost. WWW offers hotel selection assistance, which was huge for us because we weren't familiar with the downtown Louisville area. They also provided vendor suggestions for anything you need for a wedding, and I have to say that every single vendor that we hired that was referred was excellent, and delivered as promised. Overall, I can't recommend WWW and in particular Jessica Tate enough. They did an incredible job for us and we couldn't have put on our wedding without them!

We hired Weekend Wedding Warrior for our daughter's 3 day Western and Hindu wedding and celebration and we couldn't have been happier with the experience. Debbie and her team were always on time and smiling at the 4 different events and had a complete grasp of the complicated logistics including closing down a Louisville street for the Baraat, the groom's parade. Debbie is a great communicator and always ready to help out and constantly checking we had everything we needed. Her knowledge of the detailed timeline, the area, the venues and the vendors was invaluable, we honestly can't say enough to thank WWW for making our daughter's wedding weekend run so smoothly!
