They will not try to oversell, they will give you multiple options, and they will always do it with a friendly smile. There is a lot of trust on 54 years of service in League City. Weeks stands out as the best. The technician that came today, Jonathan, was absolutely awesome. He was very friendly, he definitely knew what he was doing, how he was doing it, and who he was doing it for. This is everything when it comes to sales and service. This is why we only use Weeks. To the management at Weeks, Jonathan is wonderful to have in the home. He doesn't rush through, and communicates very very concisely with the customer in a manner that they can understand. Keep him around as long as you can. He's a great tech.

The technician - Chance - was extremely helpful and patient as I explained the plumbing issues that needed to be resolved. He provided detailed solutions for the problems in a way that I could easily understand. Extremely satisfied with my technician and his assistance. Highly recommend the techs. Unfortunately, my experience with management—specifically someone named Michelle—was quite the opposite. One star removed for management’s lack of courtesy. As a follow up- Weeks has started the job and Chance and the other tech have been great to work with, respectful, and have kept the workspace clean. Very appreciative of the techs.

Monica was a wonderful help to us! We had water under the carpet in a guest room. She thoroughly examined all possible sources of water and gave us specific feedback. I am especially grateful that she listened to my concerns, answered my question and went out of her way to help me be a better homeowner. Will definitely call Weeks next time I need help! As it turned out, it was our washer that was leaking about a gallon of water onto the floor every cycle. Happy know, though, that we don't have any supply line leaks, or AC drain issues. Especially happy I didn't rip out a bunch of drywall for no reason. Thank you again for your help Monica!
