I haven't rented a house in 7 years. It's always a daunting task, and way to easy to get taken advantage of. Peggy Pierce made the process easy. She was professional, courteous, and extremely helpful. I felt like she was just as concerned as I was about wanting to find a good fitting property for me. She checked to make sure everything was working out about a month into the lease, as well as during Covid-19 quarantine. I'm very happy with the property that I leased. It sounds cliche to say, but It's a nice house in a great neighborhood. I have really pleasant neighbors and couldn't be happier here. I'm hoping to buy a house next year and regardless of whether I buy or lease again. I know who advice, assistance, and opinion I will be asking for.
