WELLSEDAN LLC is a wonderful car pickup service!!! My wife and I know the drive quite well from Hanover, PA to BWI airport, but we really wanted a car service to take us to the airport and pick us up when we returned from our trip. Wells was an awesome driver! He gave perfect description to how he would structure the drop off/pickup; he arrived 10 minutes early to our house on the fly-out day, and he tracked our flight and picked us up a couple minutes after we left baggage claim. If you’re in need of a sedan service then Wells is definitely the way to go! I inquired about service to the airport just a few days before our flight and Wells was immediately back in touch and was able to get us to and from the airport even though I was last minute!! He was on time, helped us with our luggage and was a safe and attentive driver. Our flight home was completely messed up and we ended up coming in much later than anticipated but Wells was still there to get us back home while we were totally exhausted from traveling all day. Wells has been transporting my aunt who is unable to drive for several months. On average he does about 6 trips a week. He is reliable, flexible, communicates regularly about scheduling, and his pricing is fair. But above all, Wells is safe and trustworthy. I was so nervous when we had to hand over her transportation to someone other than a family member. But he has kept her safe and made her feel comfortable since day one. He makes sure she makes it inside safely before he drives away. I can't sing enough praises about his customer service. Even though we have had a change of season and no longer need his services regularly, I won't call or recommend anyone else in the area. He is the best!
