The room was nice and comfortable overall. However, I believe some pest control would be beneficial, as I noticed small cockroaches both in the room and the bathroom. Additionally, providing basic toiletries like toothpaste would improve the guest experience. Just a suggestion for future improvements.

Running a budget hotel shouldn't mean treating customers rudely and providing uninhabitable conditions. Staying at this hotel, keep in mind that it's noisy from evening until dawn, with live music echoing from somewhere. Bugs are crawling all over your room. When you leave your room for cleaning, you find your closet has been checked through.. Also the chiller is out of control, it's freezing and you can't adjust the temperature. And indescribable liquids that can be seen everywhere, including under your pillowcase. If I hadn't already paid for this hotel through an app, I would have left the moment I saw it.

Worst overnight stay experience I’ve ever had. The posted photos are deceptive. It wasn’t the atmosphere that I ever expected. As you enter, from the reception to the lounge area, the lift and the room lacks cleanliness. I had no option as there is no cancellation policy.
