We recently started going to West Chicago dental. The pediatric dentist is such a warm and loving person. My son had anxiety prior to this dentist. She is just so kid friendly. My son is 16 and autistic. If you have older kids on the spectrum I do not recommend going here. For younger kids I think they do a good job. But our experience here in attempting to get a cavity filled for our son was less than ideal. I won't give details as to what transpired but it was apparent they just didn't have the expertise necessary for special needs kids.

After working with several local pediatric dentists at my local hospital, I chose Dr. Beron and her dental assistant Beth for my son’s first dental visit. I knew their kindness and fun-loving nature would be the perfect fit for my active kiddo. His first appointment went extremely well, from exam, to cleaning, to X-rays. I highly recommend Dr. Beron to any other nervous parent and child! Makes for a wonderful dental experience, which is so important for future years!

The staff here is pleasant and helpful but the wait time for a procedure is ridiculous. My son had a dentist appointment for a filling and had to wait over an hour to be called in. It is very disappointing and frustrating because he had to be taken out of school for this just to sit and wait.
