West End Yoga Center

Ive been going on and off for a few years. There hasn't been a class i haven't enjoyed! All the instructors are very knowledgeable in their chosen styles of yoga making no two classes the same.

I've only been to this Yoga Center a few times but I must say that it is probably my favorite place to go now for my sessions. They offer several different levels of the yoga experience, whereas other yoga centers definitely only have one or two levels and especially for beginners this can be difficult. Not only do they offer yoga here but they also have a plentiful array of different workshops held mostly on the weekends that are very interesting. They also offer more meditation time then other yoga centers I've been to. They have a small tiny little library of books pertaining to Yoga, Wellness, Mindfulness and the spiritual aspect of our world. The books that they keep on hand are for their clients to borrow at will and return when they are finished with them. Every single person that I've encountered here has been kind and loving towards me and non-judgmental because I am so new at all of this. If you are going to try yoga for the first time I would recommend this studio 100% because you will fall in love with it and the people that attend here....❤ Peace and Love.

This studio is tucked away in the West End of Allentown. I love the variety of classes they offer. It’s evident that the instructors are passionate about practice and build a community experience. One of my favorite instructors is Prabha. Her Sunday evening class is perfect for chasing away the Sunday scaries and starting the week off feeling good.
