Customer service was really bad. Initially contacted them in Dec 2023 and did not get correspondence months later. This should have been a sign to look somewhere else but the shuttle business here in Regina is small and they had the highest review rating. After finally speaking to someone on the phone who confirmed that they are available on the designated date, I gave them payment information to secure the booking. The person who took the payment info also said “Oooh! Lots of time to max out the credit card”, as the expiration date is years away. This could have been a joke but honestly a very bad one and also very unprofessional. I was then told on the phone that they will email me the invoice and also send a written confirmation of the booking. Weeks passed and I phoned them again to follow up. I was told again that they will email it to me promptly. This became a cycle within the past 3 months of me calling them about the invoice and email confirmation and them saying they will email it to me shortly. I have phone and emailed them over 10x for one thing. I finally got fed up with the lack of correspondence and frantically looked for another shuttle company. I understand that it was my fault for not seeing the red flags earlier which is a lesson learned for me. However, if you want a smooth sailing transaction and less anxiety on your event planning, deal with another business.

We were very disappointed with the bus that we were supplied for our wedding. We were under the understanding that the bus would be a party bus that has bench seats on the sides - like the pictures on your website. But it was just a charter bus. The bus was also extremely dirty, even had cigarette butt on the floor, food, etc. The bus was extremely hot with no AC or functional/opening windows. We ended up cutting our hour short because it was way too uncomfortably hot to even enjoy.

The Driver, Jack, was very kind and courteous and did everything to accommodate our needs.That being said, we are very disappointed with the bus they have sent us. It started with it not looking promising or safe for the drive especially with the current weather conditions but unfortunately, that wasn't all. The door wasn't working properly and couldn't close all the way, some of the windows weren't properly sealed, and the heating didn't work as expected. All of this resulted in 2 1/2 hours drive (each direction) in a freezing cold bus. It was -21 with windchill and we could feel the wind coming in through the door and windows all the way. Everyone, including the driver, had to wear their coats, scarfs and any other winter clothing they had with them, and it still wasn't enough. We've had seniors as well as youth with us on the bus and it was very hard for them to tolerate the drive. There's no doubt that this specific bus shouldn't be used at winter time unless it's fixed and brought up to standard. It is very inappropriate and unprofessional to send people on such a long drive, in such bad weather conditions, when the bus is in such poor shape. That is definitely not the kind of service you expect when you pay so much money.

Bus very rough riding. Very noisy only the wife, myself and driver had to yell to converse. The only good thing about it is you can phone after hrs for pick up.
