I usually do not comment on work by a company that I expect to do a good job. However , when the work is far beyond my expectations, I feel I must share my experience. We’ve had a few roofs during our 48 years of home ownership. I can truthfully say that none have gone as smoothly as our experience with Whip Roofing. Jerry, the owner, dealt with everything ! He kept us apprised of all that was happening regarding the roof. The workmanship was excellent and completed when promised. Jerry was present every step of the way. He's followed up with me directly and gave me time-frames on when they will start the job. He gave me everything i needed for my insurance claim and so far right on track. Whip Roofing did a fabulous job on our house after it was struck by a tornado and hailstorm. They went out of their way to even help us clean up debris. They installed new, high-quality windows, new bedroom carpet, new roof vent caps, repaired our chimney, painted the exterior, replaced our fence, and put high-impact shingles on our roof without charging us for the upgrade. They even cleaned up the broken glass from the hailstorm. There was a delay in receiving the vent caps, because of the high volume of business due to the tornado. But Whip did install the vent caps as soon as they were able. We never even had to make one phone call to get all this work done and paid for. We are so grateful to Whip Roofing for their prompt and high-quality work.
