Perhaps some of the negative reviews were rejected during the application process. I highly recommend At Home Real Estate to tenants with good credit, a solid track record, and a positive credit score looking for a great deal on an apartment. Whether you are a landlord or a tenant, they go the extra mile to find the right match for you. My experience with them has been very satisfying due to their professionalism, prompt responses, and expertise. The agency even conducts interviews with landlords and tenants to determine their compatibility. From my experience, Pasha was one of the best property managers out there. Thank you for all the help!

I was managing my own property for a few years, before it got to be too much of a headache. I had several issues with tenants not paying rent for months and felt I needed some help. I called several different property management companies until I finally got to At Home Real Estate and spoke with James Silva. I ended up meeting with James, who immediately made me feel comfortable. He told me that At Home could handle all of my problems. I began working with them that day and within two months, I had new tenants and my property was once again profitable. James and his team came through for me in a major way and I will be forever thankful of them. Since that time 6 years ago, I've been working with Pasha Wasame directly. I feel that he takes care of my property better than I ever did. Whenever an issue arises, Pasha is quick to handle it. Terrible. Infested apartment with rodents, moths, and beetles to remove family from apartment. After, increasing apartment rent an increasing $500 without any remodeling or remediations done to apartment. And we've been paying them for over 8 years, and this is the treatment they give to their tenants. UNBELIEVABLE. & we've never miss a payment. They've lost their philosophy and in the Business now just to make money, even if it means pushing out locals. Stay AWAY!!!

Pasha has very bad customer service skills. I felt very uncomfortable with his questions and assertions, and he is way too aggressive for toward prospective clients. Pasha is the worst and he also raised the price on me, discriminating on locals for more money. Luckily i found a better company and person to work with.
