I went to Ritebite Cambridge in high school to get my braces on - back then I thought they were amazing. Today I went back, 15 years after getting my permanent retainer in, to fix some broken bonds. The whole team was so nice from the moment I walked in! I had to get my retainer completely replaced and the process was so fast and seamless. They work as a team to ensure every person feels welcome, calm and informed. I will recommend this office to anyone - and when my children may need braces, this is where I will be taking them!

Almost every apt we make we get a call asking us to switch it and the front desk staff who calls is absolutely miserable every time! If you’re in a customer service role, you should be talking to people with respect and friendliness not attitude and being short on the phone. The hours here are bad enough without being inconvenienced asking us to switch. *UPDATE After yet another unpleasant transaction with Amber we have decided to move our business away from Hespeler and to their other location.
