great communication. on schedule. friendly staff. consistent employees. works well with appointments. just sad there so far away. they closed one in Douglas county so now we have to travel to grants pass Eugene OR Medford rather than Roseburg. there are no locations on the coast either.

oh if I could give 0 stars I would that place is a joke. they refuse treatment, cancel appointments after you've already been sitting in the waiting room, and the main dentist dei barbie is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!!! she will lie right to your face and if you dont agree with her band aid treatment plans then she will refuse service all while still collecting your ins. seriously save your money, it might sound like a good deal but really you get what you pay for and thats literally nothing. I have also filed a complaint with the state about their horrible practices.

They are very friendly and always greet you with a smile. I don't like pain or needles! but who does, my last visit was to have a broken tooth repaired. It actually went pretty easy. Thank goodness...lol

Scheduling is horrible! I was told they would call me to make an appointment for my fillings. I finally called them and now they can’t see me until May!!!! I should have been seen by now but they never called me like they said they would! This is ridiculous! I wanted to schedule my appointment after my cleaning while I was in the office around Christmas time but the lady said I couldn’t that they would call me! Well here we are almost 6 months later to be seen!!!! Don’t ever wait for them to schedule you! They won’t!
