Had a viewing with someone from this company was really interested in the property asked to put a deposit down. We then got told we had to wait as lanlord had put it up for rent on another site. Waited for a reply for weeks in the end tried to see if we could get a reply or a call back but we got nothing. We replied on the website for property and still didn't hear anything back. Now its had a let agreed and still no reply. Absolutely devastated and annoyed would have been nice for a quick message to say sorry its not available.

The home agency have been extremely accommodating and have helped at every point needed for both necessary repairs and personal requests for additional locks. Nothing has ever been an issue and the communication is outstanding
