Unprofessional conduct, poor workmanship, and abandonment after installation This has been an extremely bad and distressing experience, and I am sharing it so others are fully aware before engaging this contractor. George installed a new bathroom for me just over one year ago. Within the first year there were already multiple leaks, one of which he attended to. When another leak occurred this year, I contacted him again, as the bathroom was only slightly over a year old. I made it clear that I was willing to pay for his visit and time, and I asked him to come and assess the issue. However, he refused to attend, stated he was unavailable, and would not even clearly explain how access could be gained to inspect underneath the bathtub. When I tried to explain that this was happening far too soon after installation, he stopped responding completely and closed all communication, leaving me in distress while water continued leaking into my kitchen ceiling. Because I was given no support or guidance, I had no choice but to appoint another plumbing company. Even they struggled initially because the original installation provided no clear access to the area beneath the bathtub. As a result, I had to: • Open up the kitchen ceiling below to create an access panel • Incur additional costs and damage purely to investigate the leak Once access was gained, it became clear the issue was far more serious. The problem was not the waste pipe, but a crack in the bathtub itself. Independent plumbers confirmed: • The bathtub had been incorrectly installed • All four legs were not properly stabilised or supported • The crack developed as a direct result of this poor installation • This could have caused the repeated leaks I have clear photographic evidence of the unstable legs, and the cracked bathtub. Because of this poor workmanship and complete lack of aftercare, I have incurred substantial and completely avoidable costs, including: • Removal of the defective bathtub • Purchase and installation of a new bathtub • Extensive plumbing works • Ceiling repairs and access works • The stress and disruption of organising everything myself This is a significant financial loss for a bathroom that was barely over a year old, and it caused considerable stress and inconvenience. Being abandoned by the installer, despite being willing to pay for an inspection, and discovering such serious workmanship failures is unacceptable. I would not recommend this contractor.

George has done a really great job for us. He has put in a second bathroom and completely renovated our cloakroom. Both rooms look lovely and the bonus is he solved several existing problems from previous works we had done. I can honestly say that it has been a great experience as he explains what is going to be done and doesn't just push on regardless which has been my experience with previous plumbers. He managed the works from start to finish including all the ordering so I could get on with my day job. I will definitely be using him again and highly recommend him.

George was absolutely fantastic when he came to sort our very weak shower!!! He messaged me in advance about what method I would like to go with to ensure he was prepared for the job. He was organised, prompt and only took half a day. We are really impressed! Thank you George!
