Had a visit today at Williamsburg Smiles. I'm one of those that has dental visit anxiety big time. Walked in the door greeted with 2 friendly receptionist, soft relaxing music playing in the waiting area. I noticed a water cooler with glasses if you needed a cool drink. I think a coffee bar also. Made me comfortable.. Didn't even wait 5 minutes before Chloe, the assistant called me back. She was calm and comforting. We talked, she told me she was only 23 years of age. She did a nice job and I was comfortable with her when she did the x ray. Megan the dentist came in next and was kind and friendly also. She did an exam and gave me 3 options to choose from as a plan to repair or remove the tooth. She let me choose the option that I was most comfortable with. The whole staff was very professional and knowledgeable. I also liked the warm feeling I got from the layout of the office. It wasn't so big and overwhelming.

From the front admission desk, to check out, office staff was so professional. Brooke, the dental hygienist explained everything before starting, with a soft touch to boot! Loved the experience, and the dentist was amazing also!

Dr Timm and her entire staff are amazing! I have a huge fear of dentists and have horrible anxiety when dealing with dental issues but they all understood and worked to help my fears! It was a hard step for me but so glad I chose this office for my dental needs!
