I was a bit nervous to give yoga a try, but was pleasantly surprised! The instructors at Willow Yoga Studio are very knowledgeable, and continuously offer options for all skill levels. It's not uncommon to start a class by asking for special requests, and then enjoy tweaks based on feedback. Love this place!

I was super nervous to start doing yoga again, but im so happy i chose this studio. All if the instructors i have met so far are so nice and i feel so comfortable here already! Can't wait to attend more classes!

Friendly, low-key, non-judgmental yoga studio with terrific instructors. Monica, Leah and Britt are all wonderful, with classes in the mornings, evenings and on weekends. Can't make it to the studio? Most classes are streamed live as well so you can join in from wherever you are. You don't have to be a yoga expert to be comfortable here, everyone is welcome!

The space is beautiful and had everything that I needed for a comfortable class. The studio is very welcoming as are the teachers and other students. Monica's slow flow class was the perfect balance of movement with rest, and there were lots of options to intensify or relax the practice. After class I felt refreshed. The value is also very friendly!
