Willows Shake Shop

Been here a couple of times now and always had good service. Staff are welcoming and check on us throughout our stay. The food is lovely, and the atmosphere is great. I particularly like how dog friendly the place is. I have two bouncy Labradors and they are always welcome there, and the staff are very friendly towards them. I would definitely recommend

Have been here in the day and didn't feel overly impressed but decided to use the night cafe and it's quite a different feel. So this is a cafe where you order at the bar or by QR code. It's completely accessible and has more of a 'bar' feel at night with an actual bar, bar table, normal table and Chatty Cafe scheme sofa. We started at the bar table but grabbed the chatty sofa when it was free as my son wanted to play board games. The staff were really nice and attentive despite it not being table service. The decor is really nice and the music ambient. You can't really play board games as pretty much all the pieces were missing but I mentioned this politely and the staff member came back and told me he had already sent a message to the manager about this. I would definitely come again if I can get the sofa as it's relaxing a place as your own home.

Waited to be seated for at least 10 mins ..even though we were seen twice by a member of staff who proceeded to juggle oranges behind the bar We got seated by a lovely young lady called Becca . Waited over 30 for a small order, chicken wings were overcooked and only just warm , obviously been sat in the kitchen for a fair while .. bang bang cauliflower was rock hard , shame cause it actually tasted nice .. Toilets were disgusting, one broken seat with stains on , one blocked with toilet roll and the other with out toilet roll at all ...not nice ! I would like to give Sam a massive thankyou for his help with dealing with the problems we had . Both him and Becca made what was a very unenjoyable experience a lot better
