The Philly cheesesteak was amazing. I ordered the original spicy with jalapeños. The fries were a bit bland. The dining area was a bit dingy with limited seating. Drink inventory is stored where more seating could be available. Service was great. Would try again!

They were closed but still made took my order and made my food. Great customer service and very friendly. The night workers are so funny and so nice. The food was extra delicious, the best cheesesteak I’ve ever had. Bread was crispy steak was juicy and worker was very handsome. Uniforms were clean looked like a very well put together establishment. Inside of the store was spotless. Sense of community. Feel very safe inside the store. Music was bumping. Great environment. I will be returning minimum twice a week. I love this place I’d recommend to come here to anyone. Plenty of food options and it’s all got and delicious. And the worker are friendly and very handsome. Great drink selection as well. Will be bringing all my friends and family and probably will bring a girl here on a first date. I love this place.

The guy at night was a great person, friendly person and the experience was great! I had no idea what to order, the communication was really nice. He gave us really good recommendations, he made the customized burger according to his sauces. He is a great individual and the music and vibe was great. Clean store and there no wait time.

One of the best burgers in Waterloo. Pepper Jack’s burger is a must try! The super man of the store Sukh is very hardworking and provided us with top class service. Awesome!
