Every time I go here I am charged twice. They just shook down my wife for a extra 100 and she didn't know we had already paid. I am calling to get the money back but now can't reach them for over 3 weeks.

The women here are fantastic and I’m sad to say I’ll never be back because of the main dentist. I am six months pregnant and not comfortable with getting X-rays done. I was told they were still greatly recommended but not required. I refused and made an appointment for fillings and a deep cleaning. After the cleaning the dentist tried to bully me into getting them done even though I made it clear I wasn’t interested. He then said it was legally required to have X-rays so I agreed with tears in my eyes and he seemed happy to proceed. Before I put the apron on I refused because I was having a full blown panic attack. I said I know it is most likely perfectly safe but I already have anxiety about the dentist and I can’t bring myself to get X-rays. I’m really in shock about how he spoke to me and blatantly disregarded my thoughts and feelings. I would never want a doctor who has no concern over his patients wants and needs. I am confused as to why I was told it was my choice and then told I had no option but to go through with the X-rays. Seems like a ploy to get more money from insurance.

DO NOT GO HERE. The office is only open on Wednesdays and even then they don't answer the phone. I saved 1,000 by getting my root canal done elsewhere. The do some shady things with the insurance as well. They maxed out my insurance by adding extra things that never happened to the insurance to collect on the money. They overcharged me and promised to reimburse but they never did and it's been months. The dental assistant is so rude every time I have gone. The worst dentist office I have every experienced in my whole life. I've had to postpone necessary procedures with my new dentist because I'm still sorting out the mess they made with my insurance. They're either really sneaky or really stupid.
