Sandy is a dedicated and knowledgeable instructor. She demonstrates the exercise and always tells us to do what we can. Sandy continues to make her classes interesting by adding new equipment and exercises every two weeks. We focus on balance and strength and I can say my balance has dramatically improved and I have increased my muscle strength. I would highly recommend Sandy’s class if you are looking for a great workout and new friendships.

The Zen Den is great , offers all the wellness services you can ask for such as Yoga, Infared Sauna, Salt booth, massage and more. Kelly is amazing instructor and great person who is very community minded. We are lucky to have her and the Zen Den studio in the valley area
