We learned about Without a Hitch after booking our wedding with Olio. After speaking with Sarah, we were matched with Ashley as our day of coordinator. She got straight to work helping us find vendors and setting up our timeline. From there, she kept in close contact with us throughout the entire process answering any and all questions so by the time we reached the wedding we felt totally ready. She kept in touch with all of our vendors so that we didn’t have to answer any last minute questions and could focus on enjoying our wedding weekend. On the day of the wedding, she ensured everything was perfect. From the wheelchair accessible reception and aisle arrangement to setting up all our little personal touches she brought our rainbow lit vision to life. In addition to being the best possible day of coordinator, Ashley brought such a bright and warm energy to the day. We are so grateful for Without a Hitch for helping our day go off.. well… without a hitch.

When we started wedding planning, the only thing I knew for sure was that I wanted day-of coordination support. After we toured Olio and met Sarah, booking with her team at Without A Hitch was a no brainer and truly worth every penny. Our coordinator, Allison, supported us all along the way; no question was too big or too small. Her responses were timely, infinitely useful, and a massive weight off of our shoulders throughout the entire process. We leaned on many of her recommendations for vendors, including some of our very favorite wedding components like the arcade games we set up for guests and our awesome DJ. As we got closer to the event, it became clear just how great our choice was to work with Allison and Without a Hitch, they kept us (and our many, many vendors!) organized and I felt confident our day would go to plan. Allison was encouraging, kind, and even helped up coordinate an epic visit from Santa Claus to surprise our guests on the dance floor. The Without a Hitch team was so professional and couple-oriented, I could really tell they wanted us to have the experience we were looking for, and put us first throughout the process. We couldn't have done it without them!

We’re so glad we hired Without a Hitch to be our day-of coordinator. Sarah and Ashley were extremely friendly, responsive, and organized throughout the planning process and were even available for our ad hoc questions about alterations and makeup artists. One of the most valuable parts of the service was the detailed timeline - we knew exactly what would be happening at every moment of the day and it helped us to relax. You need a day-of coordinator for your wedding, and it should be someone from Without a Hitch! I can’t recommend Sarah and Ashley (our coordinator) highly enough. They’re true professionals with years of invaluable experience and industry knowledge. Our 10/4/25 wedding at Arlington Town Hall was a “bare bones” venue without event staff, which meant we had full freedom but also full responsibility for every vendor. Sarah and Ashley guided us through it all, connecting us with amazing vendors (caterer, photographer, band, photo booth, etc.) that made the day perfect. The day ran flawlessly thanks to Without a Hitch’s detailed timeline, Ashley’s support at our rehearsal, and her calm, meticulous execution on the day itself. We had a traditional Persian ceremony with an elaborate sofreh aghd (ceremonial table with several symbolic items), and Ashley handled it with such patience and respect. She even recreated our setup from a photo so my mom didn’t have to rush on the wedding day. From setting place cards and personalized notes to packing everything up at the end of the night, Ashley managed every detail beautifully. I felt completely calm knowing our day was in her capable hands. Both sets of parents were extremely impressed with Ashely and commented on how amazing she was. They are worth every penny and more!
