We recently used Loveland for a roof repair. My initial experience was satisfactory. JP was on time, professional, thorough with the inspection, and provided a detailed estimate. This part of the process seemed up to par. However, once the job was handed off to the project manager for scheduling, we were informed that we would be contacted within a 2-day window. This did not happen. It took a week to be contacted about the next steps in the process. After multiple follow ups, we were able to finalize a start date. While the quality of the actual repair work seems satisfactory, the concern throughout was the communication and follow up from the company. Furthermore, after completion, we reached out to the company with questions/concerns and as of this review, have heard nothing from anyone. This is frustrating and detracts from the overall experience that we had with Loveland. I hope the company can take note of this review and ultimately improve the customer's experience by being responsive and addressing customer's questions/concerns when they arise.

I had some work done with this company and they made an honest mistake, but they went over and above, taking care of it, even with some additional work at no cost. One thing they do is stand by their work and that is hard to come by nowadays. I still have an estimate from them to clean my roof and I won’t go to any other company. So if you want a company that stands by their work and doesn’t screw you like others this is the company to go to. Oh, by the way, they’re pricing Is the best around, I had a quote for $850 to put a dormer in and there’s was $220.
