My family switched to Wyndam Pharmacy from a large corporate pharmacy earlier this year. The service we have received from Amr and his staff is amazing! Doctor's prescription doses and possibly interactions have been carefully checked as well as taking care of refills and renewals. Amr is genuinely concerned with his clients' health and always welcomes them with a happy smile. Previously in the "Big Box" pharmacy we encountered different staff every visit with no personal attention...we are so happy to have found Wyndham Pharmacy!

You would be further ahead dealing with just about any other pharmacy. This pharmacy is poorly run, the staff openly lie and blame the patient. I will never deal with this pharmacy again and would advise any and all patients considering this pharmacy to take their business elsewhere. Based on the poor level of service and total incompetence, I have filed a formal complaint with the Ontario College of Pharmacists over the substandard service, incompetence and organized litany of lies that are consistently delivered from this establishment. Amr is a liar and a charlatan.

I have never in my life actually experienced a pharmacy quite like this. Amr has truly changed the way I feel about my pharmacist. He takes the time to check over possible interactions, he explains each medicine he fills and will go above and beyond to always make sure that you are comfortable and educated about what you are putting in your body. The convenience of have your prescription sent right from the Dr. And then you walk around front and the prescription is already filled. I cannot even begin to explain how pleased I am with Amr and his staff. I have told everyone I know to change over and cannot put into words how everyone should just try this pharmacy out, even pop by and have a chat with Amr, you will quickly realise that he is much more than a pharmacist, he is a valued friend. Why not give it a try and see what you didn't even know you were missing out on.
