The stylist was kind as can be, and seemed knowledgeable when I spoke with her. The stylist assessed and we discussing the length for the haircut,. She had stated at least one or two inches- and I stated I would like about 3-4 inches. We verified length and she cut a piece to ensure. I agreed to the length she cut. However- with her putting layers and other techniques?- The length from when she cut increased by another 4 inches from when she initially cut, but the end of the haircut. I was hoping it was just the layers, and maybe because my hair was dry and wavy- maybe it’s a new way to cut hair? She then started to “thin” the hair without asking, - she took cuts about 2 - 3 inches in length and very large sections at a time. (Not few strands, large portions of hair) After washing and blow drying straight my hair the next day- it looks uneven and unflattering. I would not recommend.

The owner, Heather Jackson, is very knowledgeable and employs a very friendly staff. Its very professional but also a family. I always love how my hair and my children's hair looks. We feel like family.

The girl told me my hair would be done at 4 when I asked her and my hair wasn’t done so I left anyway because I was not about to be late for work. She said we could set up another appointment to fix it and but it still wouldn’t turn out the right colors so why would I waste more of my time and money? That’s what I wanna know, and also I left there and my hair was like a little orange frizz ball so I colored it myself and it looks fine now. If I woulda known I was bout to pay 275 basically just for my hair to be bleached I would not have went. It was ugly and no one should have to waste their money on something that they didn’t ask for‼️‼️
