I've seen a lot of the negative reviews on them and was worried renting from them. They were very good with me. They would do a quarterly inspection which I liked. Any issues I had they dealt with. When I moved out I thought I would have issues as whoever rented the residence before me had a dog. The dog ended up scratching the fridge which I didn't notice on my move in as well as a urine stain in the kitchen by the vent. As well I had the sun melt the flaps of a small blind. Which I expected to have deducted from my damage deposit. But I was amazed they were very good about it. I actually miss the place I rented but decided to invest in my own home as opposed to renting and praying the housing market would go down. Honestly as long as you're a good tenant and responsible they were very good to deal with.

I will give an objective based review on this establishment. I was a tenant for 6 uninterrupted years with them. I did not agree with the repairs I was billed for after leaving the building. After being sent to collections QPM did agree on an arrangement I offered which avoided any negative impact on my credit. I believe a 3 star is fair as this was not a great experience but an amicable one in the end.
