The receptionists Jandro and Prashidha were very kind and helped us immediately upon arrival. The rooms have all you need and are honestly pretty good size. Tha bathrooms are incredibly nice. Overall a great hotel for the price, I recommend.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality that set the tone for an unforgettable experience. The room was clean and beautifully appointed. The hotel is centrally and conveniently located near shops, restaurants, train stations, etc. There is a microwave and complimentary snack & coffee/tea provided at the lobby, which is definitely a plus and well appreciated. Our stay at this hotel exceeded our expectations. But what truly stood out, though, was the staff’s dedication to service. The front desk team, Argelic and Sabin, went above and beyond offering seamless check-in and personalized recommendations. They were courteous, attentive and eager to help. They handled every request with professionalism and warmth . It felt like they genuinely cared about making our experience memorable. They made us feel like valued guests throughout, which we greatly appreciate. We will certainly stay here again on our next visit you Sydney. Highly recommended.
