My job requires me to travel a lot and when I am not traveling, I work long office hours. I LOVE attending the virtual yoga classes at Yess Yoga because of the convenience to plug in and take a class either on a work trip or when I am on my lunch hour in the office. The instructor’s make me feel like I am still a part of the class and are interactive with me even though I attend virtual. I feel supported and cared for in this community and plan to continue my yoga practice at Yess Yoga long term.

Visited from out of town and what a wonderful and welcoming studio! The instructors were so great and restorative! The space is incredible with such peaceful plants in a space that encourages mindfulness in this stressful world. Highly recommend.
