Easy to schedule! Friendly and supportive staff! Made my appointment comfortable and gave lots of good education about the process. Highly recommend.

Took my grandma here; she has moderately severe hearing loss. So far (we still have to come back for the hearing aids), I am very impressed with the place. The building is clean and safe, the young lady at the main desk is kind and friendly. Upstairs at the actual audiologists' office, the front desk receptionist (Bryonna, I believe) is also very kind, attentive, and fast. Sometimes when you go to a doctor's office, the staff seems like they are there to just collect a paycheck and this wasn't like that at all. Elena was our audiologist; you can tell she is super knowledgeable... she had great rapport, she was patient, explained everything in great detail. The office works with Medicaid and the patient's PCP to get the hearing aids ordered and covered. We were very happy with the quality of care provided.

Very professional. Staff is very couteous, friendly. I was satisfied with the audiologist, Ms. Scarano. She was extremely helpful. Environment is very clean. I'm glad I was referred here. Went back on 8/25 for a fitting. When I made appointment last month, I had to get on a wait list until later this month. I was called b/c of cancellations, so I moved my appointment to the most recent day that was available. Still, staff & Ms. Scarano was very courteous, professional and no long wait in waiting room.
