This place was a perfect place for practicing yoga in Georgia. I didn’t expect that the quality of class and the place itself. I will I could keep extending for the class. Unfortunately I was just a traveler it’s a shame..:( I would be miss all teachers in a yoga center. I will highly recommend you to join a group. Even you are a tourist like me, it won’t regret for that. Thank you for Ashtanga classes!

I feel so grateful to have found Ashtanga Academy in Tbilisi. After being distant from my practice for some time, practising under the guidance of Giorgi, Salome, and Mariam has been truly transformational. Giorgi Berdzenishvili’s knowledge of Ashtanga and anatomy is incredible, and the care and attention each teacher gives make you feel fully supported, seen, and encouraged every step of the way. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and open to everyone, regardless of age, body type, or background. This is more than just a yoga school — It is a beautiful, supportive community that has reignited my passion for the practice and brought so much positivity into my life. Yoga Academy is an incredible place for both beginners and experienced yogis. The instructors are highly skilled, patient, and truly passionate about yoga. The studio itself is clean, beautifully designed, and has a peaceful atmosphere that makes every class a great experience. Booking is easy, and they have a good variety of class times. If you’re looking for a professional yoga studio in Tbilisi, I highly recommend it.
