Absolutely love this studio! The teachers are very well-trained and always create a supportive, positive environment. I really appreciate the variety of classes offered, including hot yoga, which keeps things fresh and exciting. The instructors are not only skilled but also very friendly and helpful, making every session enjoyable. On top of that, the management is flexible and accommodating, which makes the whole experience even better. Truly deserving of a 10/10

Ive been going to the studio for 1 year now and have nothing but great things to say. Variety of classes and instructors, great community, nice studio. Cleanly, great location. The yoga classes themselves are great. Truthfully my favourite classes. Tuesday 5:15pm class is probably my favourite but there are many more.

I enjoy everything about this studio. I appreciate the diversity of instructors, class offerings and the community. The instructors I have been to are very good at giving vocal and physical adjustments, which is rare nowadays. The support staff are also very kind.

we went to this class while visiting Calgary. I wish I could bring this studio back to the states. Awesome practice. We felt so good after. great instruction. the restoration part was very thorough and relaxing
