You guys have created a very trauma informed atmosphere in terms of yoga teachers approach and when clients are late. It is a safe friendly place that helps people feel at home. The complimentary tea adds to that homey feeling and invites people to connect and build community. There is a nice variety of classes and I’m excited about the new early morning class in Kensington. Well done guys!

This is truly one of the best studios in Calgary! The space is clean and spacious, with a wonderfully calming atmosphere that makes it easy to relax and decompress. Love this studio! Everyone makes you feel so welcome and like a family. Studio is always clean and the assortment of classes for all levels is great as well. Particularly love Ale’s classes. She brings such a great energy and care for everyone that attends her classes. She is so present and makes such effort in greeting and getting to know everyone that attends her classes. The tea at the end of a class is a nice treat too!

This is a sanctuary. Do not hesitate to go. If you are new to yoga, just let them know ahead of time and they will make sure you are in the right class and the instructor will give some extra love.
