The space is really nice, I signed up for a pre-registered prenatal yoga class. I only concern is the speed of the class leaving me out of breath at 30 weeks pregnant, and it hurting my wrists. I didn’t feel like we were stretching we doing anything specific to prenatal needs as much so just running through a classic yoga class. She did have some good insight and had a great discussion with everyone at the beginning of the class.

Had my first class here and really enjoyed it! I left feeling really good about the whole experience and will definitely be back. Update: Leaving 5 stars as I truly love this studio, but I haven't been back in some time as there were too many classes that had subs, too much "this is not the place to push yourself", and then when I was pushed where I wasn't comfortable, my hips were clicking & sore for weeks. Not really sure how I feel, it was different every class & there was no enjoyable consistency like I experienced the first few classes that I attended.

I won a 5 pass voucher to Yoga Within during a charity auction and I rang the studio to ask if I could put the value of the voucher towards their pre-registered prenatal class sessions and pay the difference. I was spoken to so rudely by management, with them telling me the voucher had no value because they gave it away for free for a charity auction. The 5 pass voucher according to their website has a value of $73.50 and the prenatal session was $207.9, so it should have been a simple I paid the difference. They rudely refused and said my voucher had no value. I have never been spoken to so aggressively by someone I was trying to give money to.
