I cannot recommend this yoga studio enough! If you are looking for traditional yoga, this is the place to go! Each class focuses on connecting breath with movement, relaxing the mind, incorporates affirmations and meditation. All the teachers I’ve tried so far are fantastic, providing corrections to pose alignments and connecting with their students on a first name basis. This is exactly the kind of place I have been looking for, truly nothing else like it in the Lehigh Valley.

I took my first class today with Mamta and absolutely loved it!! She’s so sweet, yet she pushes you to get you to your yoga goals and that’s why I will be coming back! She encourages you to be the best without making you feel like you can’t do it. She understands that it’s YOUR practice, she’s just there to guide you and give you that gentle push! What a fantastic yoga studio. From my initial contact with Mamta who is totally welcoming and helpful to my first Yoga mat Pilates with Colleen and Hot yoga with Steve, I’m happy to have found the perfect yoga studio with class times that work perfectly with my schedule. Their instructors are top notch!

Finding this studio has been such a blessing. Classes align with my schedule and love that they offer a mix of hot and non heated yoga. Great variety of instructors who are all very knowledgable and can accommodate all levels. Mamta, the owner, is so kind and I always leave feeling better than when I came. Yoga4Lyfe for life!
