Love this studio! I’ve been to a few of the other flashy studio options in the area, but nothing compares to the welcoming atmosphere that YogaCentric has. The people make it a community. The instructors are kind. I especially appreciate the different practice styles available. And Donald is the best! His Yin and slow flow classes have been integral to my own personal healing journey & his positivity brings much peace at the end of a long day. I will also say that as a woman, it is refreshing to have a male instructor who is conscious of himself enough to make sure everyone is comfortable and feels safe. Every now and then you cross paths with someone who just radiates good vibes and that is Don. I’d recommend his classes to anyone who may be weary about trying yoga for the first time.

I love the community that Lisseth has been nourishing. I feel welcomed each time, I feel supported and encouraged. So far, all the instructors have been uniquely fantastic. And although they have their nich in Yoga They honor the teacher in all of us. I love Verna, Donald, I love me some Jill!! And Taylor Britney , thank you for pushing me gently and for sharing your gift w me on my “Self Care Sundays” . 🙏🏽 Sat Nam🙏🏽

I’ve been going to the studio for many months now, and really enjoy the classes. I especially enjoy that all the different instructors bring something unique to their classes. They’ve also been very helpful in offering modifications during my pregnancy. It’s a very welcoming place!
