Stunning oasis west of Edmonton treasure. If you arrive in the evening or daylight you will feel warmth and calm from the surroundings. The beautiful interior has warm beams and doors giving you the feeling of a vacation lodge oasis. The fireplace, floors and decor all tie in beautifully to calm and quiet the mind. The natural light offers so much that urban studios cannot. The trees peek through and its beautiful. The owner, Krista is welcoming and open to speak with. I took yoga training here and will be back for more. They offer a variety of classes and training. Dont miss out on this great business if you want serenity and tranquility.

This studio offers such authentic and beneficial classes on the level of the body, mind, and spirit. It is a hidden gem tucked away in a beautiful and serene location. The yoga teacher training was a profound experience that has enhanced my person practice exponentially, and allowed me to shift gears in my career. I don't have enough good things to say about how Krista and Erik organized and facilitated the training. They compliment each other so well and were able to offer a broad education of anatomy and spirituality with ample opportunity to practice and grow along the way.

This little gem of a yoga studio is absolutely delightful! As you enter, you immediately feel calm and welcomed. The glowing fireplace, salt lamp and candles set the mood for an amazing yoga practice. The teachers have been so wonderful. I highly recommend that you make some time for yourself and book a class! You'll be so glad you did!
