Cherie parik is a very poor estate manager she lies, she is deceitful and should not be trusted unless you are 100% involved My first encounter with CPS Cherie parik was to lease a local shop front, the initial meet and greet was good and positive, however as the owner of the commercial place I wanted to lease was travelling in north Australia at the time and that the town I wanted to lease in was very local the owner wanted to meet and greet with me after supplying him a business plan, I was happy to wait. However one evening I get a phone call from the landlord he was very abrupt as Cherie had called him to say I had walked in to her office demanding that I want to lease the place now. This is what she told the landlord. I did not even know where her office was as I was in regular contact with the landlord. Consequently she or I should say CPS was removed from been his agent. You should here the next one it's even better...
I purchased a property through CPS and found Cherie and her team to be extremely professional and helpful through the whole process. I know use CPS to manage my property and can definitely say that they take care of both me and my tenant thoroughly and go above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly. CPS are very responsive to my questions and requests and are extremely proactive when it comes to the needs of my property. I will always recommend CPS to my friends and family.
We bought a warehouse through this company, and dealt with Cherie last year when we were ending a tenant lease. We found out the tenant was using the warehouse for a mechanical workshop instead of for storage, as stipulated in the lease. The tenant destroyed the warehouse floor with oil and petrol. We requested they fix this issue, and Cherie was not particularly interested or helpful. She didn’t press her tenant to do the right thing, and did her absolute bare minimum. After all, she’d already been paid… Regional reputations! She was quite rude and unprofessional after a few attempts to have this issue settled. The warehouse ended up having water leaks in the kitchenette and bathroom too. The cleaning was not done to a decent standard either, the property was left in appalling and unfair condition. We had to power-hose everything, including the cobweb-ridden ceiling & the windows. Not to mention the destroyed concrete floor patches. After trying to repair the floor that the tenant refused to repair and that Cherie didn’t give a hoot about, we found out the concrete slab was permanently damaged by saturated oil and petrol, and had to have the concrete removed & replaced at our own high expense. If you are buying anything via this agent, make sure you check absolutely *everything*, or don’t work with this company if possible. Because they will NOT be there for you when there are any issues to resolve. They have a slap-shod attitude, and are only interested in money. They think they’re professionals. Nobody minds paying for quality, but with them you pay for the bare minimum. We’ll never work with them again. Big mistake.
I cannot recommend Cherie and her team highly enough. They are always there for me when I have a question, and go out of their way to help me with my tenant every time. Anytime I need their help, they are straight onto it, and it's truly hassle free service which is incredibly important to me. Thanks for your amazing advice and help team CPS!
