Zageno has an efficient customer service. Portal allows to centralize orders and to place it quickly. Shipment and reception status are useful. Filters could be improved to find new products and to sort by price.

Stay away from this company. They are disorganized and dishonest. I received a PO from them for product that I carry. After of back and forth over invoicing for the product they finally decided to use a credit card. This was the first issue. Then they claimed they never received an invoice from me. I sent it many times to them.This was finally resolved after 6 months. Now they just sent me an invoice for this sale. What is up with that??? I receive PO's from Thermo Fisher and VWR that get paid on time and cost me nothing. They also don't use credit cards and pay me ontime. I will not be accepting PO's from this company again.

I do not like leaving negative reviews. Sadly Zageno has earned this review and rating. Every inquiry has been met with a response that someone will get back to us. But they never do. Unfortunately, I do not recommend this company or their services.
