Extremely pathetic experience with them, never buy online from them, I ordered 2 dresses from them, I received 1 of them yesterday, and very disappointed from the quality and finishing and also the dress was dirty as well. Such a waste of money. Allhamdullillah I have paid for only one dress, the other one will come tomorrow which I definitely return it.

The photos they post online are highly retouched and improved. But the products look lifeless and really low quality in physical condition. Please don't order online. Also there employees on the outlet aren't engaging at all. And usually won't even try to answer your question. They look very uninterested in selling the products.

So i ordered a dress for my wife, they messed up the order by sending the completly wrong trouser, when we told them they didn't admitt the mistake. Then i spoke with them send them all the details over again then they said to send it back and we will change the trouser and pay for the deliver charges that u have to pay and free delivery on the correct dress sending. After 2 weeks they still didn't send the right dress then we told them we will get the different dress they send us to Mall of Lahore which was far away from us and shop was as small as a matchbox with very little dresses. And that dress was not even in the shop. They entrapted us at that shop that you can choose the dress and pay the difference. I refused they said okay we will send you the same dress with correct trouser which also came late and trouser again the wrong one. And sent through Bykia careem and wanted us to pay for that as well. And when i confrunted him he abused me called me bad names and such. I highly recommend not purchasing anything from Zahra Ahmed if you want your selfrespect to be intact.
