Rude customer service, said they didn't take Groupon but very much advertising on Groupon site that they do, also allows for dates to be booked the lady said they were full. Nothing was cancelled and refunded until I hung up on you for being rude. Your website allowed me to book for the time and date I wanted but then you later said it was booked. You also stated you didn't even take Groupon but it's clearly on the website, and you just admitted to it. Don't even come at me or I will post the recording of our call next.

after a long stressful week i thought id give this place a try. it is located in a single small suite in an otherwise big building. it’s difficult to figure out how to get in, due to no human beings working there. the two stars are for Briana who works remotely and assisted me, lovely representative. but again, no people. having to unlock a pad lock to then use a key fob to get in an otherwise empty building is overall just odd. the chairs themselves would have been fine, if it wasn’t for the intensity on the calves. the manual recommends a one bar intensity, so i did so. i had to continuously pause my massage & lower the bar to zero because it did not massage my calves, it just squeezed them in an intense manner. a day later i’m walking awkwardly because my calves are sore even after i repetitively stopped the massage. don’t recommend.
