Which is greatly appreciated. Maintenance issues are addressed quickly. This is a safe and friendly place to live . This is Home .

Very enjoyable place to live. Quiet and peaceful. We have lived here for 10 years and also appreciate the maintenance people. Quick to respond as.needed. They always correct any problems from replacing a water heater (same day) to resetting the thermostat. Very much appreciated. Jody Luke

I’ve been living here going on 3 year. It’s a safe and clean environment. Office girls are very nice and helpful. Asterd galliardo manager is a wonderful person. 24*7 maintenance men are very polite and do a good job and address any issues very quickly. I do wish that updates could be done on the counters and cupboards , they are old but not damaged. It’s a very nice place to live, Clean nice big Apartment with Store it’s wonderful 👍👍👍

One of their prized apartment complexes:: candelwyck in Kalamazoo. A slum. Rotting food EVERYWHERE, amenities listed online that are of such low quality that they are unusable. Just check out the gym, or try to go for a swim in one of the pools that have been closed down since 2019 (except for one that was reopened spottily for a couple weeks at the end of last summer, there were so many emails of "yes the pools open!" And then "sorry, it's closed" I've lost count. Rent increases annually. There was human waste in the corner of the stairwell I'm building 130, glad they cleaned it up by putting old carpet on top of it?? The poop stain was still visible when we moved out a few weeks ago- a month early. Quality residents are fleeing as fast as we can. I have called the Kalamazoo county Health Board to try to get some action going. We shall see.
