No more leaky roof and we can stop placing buckets around the house when it rains. Everyone we dealt with at the company were so professional. From the sales rep, to the job coordinator, project installers and office personnel. Everyone went out of their way to answer ALL of our questions AND get the most bang for our buck. 180 accomodated our needs, got the job done in record time, were fastidious with clean up and provided a certificate of completion to wrap up the process. Among them, Chris stood out with a thorough evaluation, a fair and transparent price, and flexible payment options. Communication with him was always prompt and smooth. Al did an excellent job coordinating the material orders, deliveries, and scheduling everything ahead of time. On installation day, Jerry, the on-site project manager, and his crew worked incredibly hard. They finished the big job in almost one day — even in the snow — leaving no mess behind. Jerry also took the time to go over details with me couple of time during the project and adjusted things based on what made the most sense for my home, never trying to upsell or push unnecessary work. Nancy assisted with financing and was responsive and helpful throughout the process. I’m truly impressed by the entire team’s efficiency and professionalism. Every step went seamlessly, like clockwork. You can tell that everyone involved genuinely cares about both the customer and the company.
