FĂĽr ein kniffliges Problem wurde beispielhaft eine Konfiguration angeboten, die so gut funktioniert, dass ich genau diese gleich gelassen habe. Ich habe bei anderen Providern sowohl hinsichtlich Preis, aber vor allem hinsichtlich Support schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht, deshalb kann ich den sehr guten Service bei 1blu beurteilen.

Bulli007Erste Preiserhöhung dieses Jahres am 22.04.2024 von 8,29€ auf 9,09€ was noch ok war, jetzt aber auf 21,99€ und das auf eine Monats Pauschale! Ja es gibt mehr Domains, 300GB Webspace und 80 Datenbanken....toll all die dinge in der Menge wie ich sie nicht brauche!!!! Wenn man sein Paket außerordentlich Kündigen will, kann man mit einem klick auf einmal den alten Tarif behalten, in der Preiserhöhung Mail war davon keine Rede. Das ist mir zu unseriös, ich habe trotzdem gekündigt.
LSP DADie aktuelle Preiserhöhung empfinde ich als dreist. Mit einem ursprünglich recht kleinen Paket wird man langsam hochgestuft und jetzt in 2024 kommt der absolut dreiste Griff in den Geldbeutel. Diese Erhöhung lässt sich weder mit Inflation, noch mit höheren Energiepreisen oder Personalkosten erklären. Und da mag der Support noch so gut sein, das geht so mal gar nicht und das für mich eine klare 1-Stern-Bewertung.
